Things you should avoid while your periods.

No doubt along with bleeding during menstrual cycle other problems like bloating, mood swings, fatigue, deadly abdominal cramps, and asshole are stick with it. Some foods that make the cramps worst are following.



Coffee and tea

Most of us are addicted to coffee and tea. Without tea or coffee our lives are incomplete. We all are aware from the fact that coffee and tea contain caffeine (one of drugs because of which we became addicted) but fact which we should know that caffeine cause vasoconstriction (narrowing of blood vessels) which makes cramps more painful, cause bloating and maximize discomfort. So, stick to single cup of coffee and tea during periods, just to overcome that headache causes by missing the coffee or tea.



Chocolates

We may hear a lot that chocolates are very good during periods, but are the good during periods? The answer to this question is, only those chocolates which have high amount of magnesium which relaxes muscles which ease cramps and releases endorphins, hormones which is also known as happy hormone, helps you feel happy. But chocolates also increase prostaglandins level severe cramps by severe contractions in blood vessels around uterus. So before buying chocolate for your period check the nutrients list.



Dairy products

Intake high level of dairy products are not smart choice while periods because products like cheese, ice cream and milk have arachidonic acid, an omeha-6-fatty acid which cause your period more painful by increasing inflammation. It can also lead bloating and diarrhea.



Intake high amount of salt

High intake of sodium is always forbidden by our elders and doctors because it causes many problems like high blood pressure, heart disorder mad stocks. Hight consumption of salt during menstrual cycle cause bloating and water retention, simply adds pain and mood swings.



Sugar

Rise and fall in level of sugar during periods in your body is common.  Intake of Sweet or sugar adds severe cramps and inflammation. Refined sugar also causes bloating and mood swings due to retention of water and sodium in your body. So, cutting down or lowering the intake of sugar so good for you.

 


 

Fries

Yes, feeling blue to know that fires are also included in the list, fires at the time of menstrual cycle adds inflammation links to intensity period cramps. So, try to avoid fries and fired foods.







 Carbonated drinks
