and tea

of us are addicted to coffee and tea. Without tea or coffee our lives are
incomplete. We all are aware from the fact that coffee and tea contain caffeine
(one of drugs because of which we became addicted) but fact which we should
know that caffeine cause vasoconstriction (narrowing of blood vessels) which
makes cramps more painful, cause bloating and maximize discomfort. So, stick to
single cup of coffee and tea during periods, just to overcome that headache
causes by missing the coffee or tea.

may hear a lot that chocolates are very good during periods, but are the good
during periods? The answer to this question is, only those chocolates which
have high amount of magnesium which relaxes muscles which ease cramps and

high level of dairy products are not smart choice while periods because
products like cheese, ice cream and milk have arachidonic acid, an
omeha-6-fatty acid which cause your period more painful by increasing
inflammation. It can also lead bloating and diarrhea.
