Food you should eat while having your periods

 

Most of the girls face discomfort along with their periods, symptoms include abdominal cramps, asshole cramps, bloating, headache, mood swings, headache, muscles ache, body pain, back pain and fatigue. Some studies suggested that some dietary changes reduce the period symptoms. Adding following food to your dietary list you can minimize your discomfort.


Water
